Computer Engineer.
We are looking for a computer engineer to own the company’s digitalisation end to end. You will work inside the business, at the Şahika Seramik showroom in Nilüfer. Your first priority is building and settling the accounting ERP system; from there you will expand into e-commerce and digital marketing.

What you will do
- Study the accounting and pre-accounting processes on site and build the ERP system — the first and highest priority
- Migrate existing data, design the data structure, and train the users
- Support the product, stock and order flow on the e-commerce side
- Once the system is settled, support social media and digital marketing
- Speed up daily workflows with AI tools such as Claude
What we are looking for
- A degree in Computer Engineering or a closely related field
- Able to read and design relational database structures (tables, relations, queries)
- Able to make AI tools such as Claude part of the daily work
- An analytical approach: able to listen to a business process and turn it into software
- Comfortable, open communication with the team and customers in a showroom setting
- Living in Bursa or planning to relocate (the role is based in Nilüfer)
Nice to have
- Familiarity with accounting / pre-accounting processes or with using an ERP
- Production experience in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, C# etc.)
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and marketplace integrations
- Practical experience organising and migrating data in Excel

Compensation
TRY 28,075.50 / month
The statutory net minimum wage in force (2026); meals are covered by the company.
